The information that we store is secured and access to this is restricted only to staff at Pinpool.com.au who have specific authorisation.

Note: We do not store your credit card information on our servers at any time.

We practice "No question asked!" exchange/refund policy. We will happily exchange a phone card with any other equivalent phone card (of same or lower price) of your choice as long as the original card is unused. We can also offer a refund if you decide not to exchange as long as the phone card in question is unused.

Partially used phone cards will be considered case-by-case basis and are not eligible for a guaranteed refund or exchange.

Upon a successful credit card clearance, Pinpool.com.au will display the pin number(s) of the purchased telephone card(s) on the screen, which can be printed off. Pin number(s) will also be sent to your nominated email address.

You are responsible to ensure that the email address that you have registered with Pinpool.com.au is active, valid and up to date. Pinpool.com.au bears no responsibility for non-receipt or loss and theft of the telephone card details once it is sent to your nominated email address.

In the event that you have not received your telephone card details after a successful transaction to an operational mailbox and email address, you must contact us within 7 days.

If you have lost your telephone card details once it had been successfully received by you, you can request for a re-send. However, those details can only be re-sent to the same email address that was used previously.

Security is our highest priority. We ensure that you have complete peace-of- mind shopping with us and on our site, by implementing a multi layer safety and security system.

We use highest industry standard 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryptions to transmit any sensitive information including your credit card information.

We use ANZ's secure eGate facility to ensure clearance of your credit card transaction and we 100% comply with their safety procedures.

To minimise fraudulent credit card use, we apply credit limits. Any cases of suspected fradulent transactions are passed to the relevant authorities. We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
