Direct Deposit Instructions

We also provide Direct Deposit payment method for customers who do not have a credit card. You can make a Direct Deposit into our bank account and the funds will be added to your Pinpool's account balance. Bank details are as follows:

When making the deposit please mention your 'Pinpool User ID' as a reference to help us identify your payment.

It usually takes up to 24 hours to transfer between different banks. As soon as we recieve your payment you will see the funds under your 'My Account' section.

After you have deposited the amount in bank, go to My Account section and click Add Balance.


Frequently Asked Questions - Direct Deposit

• Can I transfer a large sum of money while making my Direct Deposit so that I can be able to make multiple purchases?

Yes. Actually this is the recommended way. For example, if you make a Direct Debit of $100.00, then your account will be updated with a balance of $100.00. And with this $100.00 you can make as many purchases as you want. At the end of each purchase you can view your remaining balance from your My Account page.

• How long will my remaining balance last?

There is no restriction of time. Account balance does not expire. 

• How long does it take for a Direct Deposit to show up on My Pinpool.com.au’s account?

It usually takes up to 24 hours to transfer amount between different banks. As soon as the transaction shows up we will transfer the fund to your Pinpool account and you will see your balance under My Account section.

• How will I know when the Direct Deposit amount is transferred to my Pinpool account?

You will receive an automated notification email every time a Direct Deposit is made. Also, you can visit your My Account page for your current Balance and Direct Deposit history.

• Why it is important to mention my User ID while making Direct Deposit?

It is extremely important that you put your Pinpool.com.au’s USER ID in the Description field while making the transfer so that we can know where the money came from. Other than your USER ID we don't have a way to know who sent the money.

• What should I do if I forgot to mention my User ID while making the deposit?

If you forgot to put your User ID then you can inform us by emailing to support@pinpool.com.au.
